Assessment is a process to understand how human-centred an organisation is. Organisations review criteria and submit a business case study. HumanFirst status is awarded to successful applicants.

STEP 1: ASSESSMENT

Review HumanFirst assessment criteria and submit business case study to HumanFirst team

STEP 2: ADJUSTMENT

HumanFirst team provides feedback and guidance on areas for improvement. Adjustments are made and application is re-submitted

STEP 3: ACCREDITATION

HumanFirst status is awarded to organisations that meet 90% of the assessment criteria 

 

WHAT YOU RECEIVE AS A HUMANFIRST COMPANY

Successful applicants receive official "HumanFirst" status, that can be used as a badge of credibility. This reinforces the good work you are doing and certifies the type of company you are. HumanFirst status can be included in:

- Recruitment materials to attract top candidates
